**Hours / Duration**:
- Guaranteed minimum of **16 hours per week**, typically over **two 8-hour shifts**:
- Most likely to be 2-3 days per week
- Additional hours may be available at times for holiday or sickness cover
**About Us**
We operate **four retail locations across Yorkshire** and are proud to be **authorised Totally Wicked stockists**. While our stores follow the Totally Wicked brand guidelines and customer service ethos, we are independently owned and operated by **A Touch of Glass (Scarborough) Ltd**.
**Store locations**: Scarborough, Bridlington, Driffield & Norton/Malton.
**About the Role**
This is a position is primarily to be located at our Driffield store.
We’re looking for a **flexible and reliable team member** who would at times help cover shifts during staff absences or holidays. While we offer flexibility with working days, **some weekend availability is required**, likely to be every other Saturday.
You will begin your training alongside experienced team members and, once confident, progress to working independently. Full training will be provided in all aspects of our products and customer service.

As a **Retail Sales Advisor**you will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether they are looking to start their journey to a healthier lifestyle by stopping smoking, or simply want to experience the wide range of products that we offer.
The key to our success is down to our outstanding teams, their product knowledge and commitment to deliver only the highest quality vaping products. We believe in providing each customer with a personalised service, tailored to their requirements, getting to know their preferences and being by their side every step of their vaping journey.
With all that in mind, you won’t be surprised that we only want the best team members who share our passion for a smoke-free life. Our team members receive bespoke training, to give them all the knowledge required to become a brand ambassador, deliver excellent customer service through product demonstrations, advice and guidance.
- Be approachable, enthusiastic, and professional
- Have experience in customer-facing roles (retail or hospitality preferred)
- Be honest, reliable, and hard-working
- Be confident enforcing age verification policies (ID checks for anyone under 25)
- Stay up to date with our product range and promotions
- Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Be a team player, with the initiative to work independently
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
- Be comfortable working towards sales targets
- Be a current vaper or have a strong interest in vaping (training provided)
- Be willing to travel between store locations
- Be open to training and gaining product-related certifications
