The main duties of PCV Mechanic post are to maintain vehicles in accordance with the Company’s policy and repair specifications and working to the highest standards set by the company and DVSA.

Other duties will include the diagnosis and rectification of vehicle faults with a first time fix policy. You will be required to recognise and report vehicle component defects or symptoms, which are likely to affect the reliability and safety of the vehicle.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct number and type of vehicle is made available to colleagues in the Operations department.

We are looking for a qualified PCV/HGV Mechanic with experience working on commercial heavy vehicles.

You must possess a full UK driving licence.

A PCV licence would be preferred but training to obtain a PCV licence is available after a qualifying period.
