As a Barclays Cryptography Security Analyst you will deliver the Bank's cryptography based services for a number of critical business-facing toolsets (Infrastructure and software). You will oversee maintenance of control posture and management of associatedrisk, compliance and governance for in scope services. You will also support incoming change demand, liaising with project led activity to ensure requirements are delivered in line with expectations.

**What will you be doing?**:
- Supporting Cryptographic infrastructure to include Out of Hours Support processes, ITIL standards and On-Call provision
- Delivering security standards and adherence to Group IT Security Standards
- Supporting Problem, Incident & Change Mgt including root cause identification. Planning and implementing regular BAU and maintenance activities
- Developing procedure / process, implementation into production and managing documentation standards
- Liaising with project managers, agreeing expectations and driving projects through to delivery for Automation of services
- Ensuring that proactive monitoring of the health of services are automated or assigned to appropriate people within the team to manage any service outages or problems
- Ensuring that events are actioned within agreed SLAs, manage SLAs in line with Bank standards and internal sign off
**What we're looking for**:
- Experience in enterprise level troubleshooting and support
- Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) including technology, standards, and implementations
- Experience of technical support for customers using PKI services inclusive of Venafi, MS, IBM products
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
**Skills that will help you in the role**:
- Experience in Mainframe technology - RACF/TKE
- Windows / Unix Server platform knowledge including design, build and implementation covering network configuration and active directory
- Experience working with complex computing systems
- CISSP, CISM or other associated Cyber security qualification

You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations.
