Lead Cook

**What’s the role?**

Preparing food for our Club customers in the kitchen. The food we serve people who come into our club is really important to keeping our customers happy and making sure they feel at home here, while they enjoy their game of bingo.

**In the role, you’ll need**:

- Excellent food hygiene awareness.
- The ability to work under pressure - our kitchens can get busy, especially at night and we’re looking for someone who can keep their cool (but not the food) and make sure all the meals are ready on time.
- Good food presentation skills. Eating well prepared and properly presented food is all part of the experience we offer in our Clubs, so we’re looking for someone who will take great care to make sure the food looks and tastes good.
- To be happy working as part of a team, as well as having the initiative to work by yourself.

*£250 paid after a successful probation period, £250 after 6 months with us.*
