Customer Focused - Maid2Clean is a top cleaning company that clean homes and which highly values our customers.
Reliability - This is a flexible role with hours and days to suit but commitment is still necessary and once a day and time has been agreed then these should be stuck to.
Trustworthiness - As a leading agency we require each applicant to show they are allowed to work within our clients homes. We ask for ID and proof of legally working in the United Kingdom. We may ask for a DBS to be carried out.
Energetic - This can be a fast paced role cleaning from one home to another. You need to be active and thorough in your cleaning ability.
Time Management - Being able to efficiently handle the days work will make a difference to job satisfaction. Running late or being short for time takes away from our ability to provide excellent customer service Make sure you're a good timekeeper and stick to the days and times you agree to
Detail Oriented - Did you see that cobweb in the corner? A trained eye will see every detail and ensure customer satisfaction every scheduled clean.
