We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Officer to join our client in the Bartley Green area on a temporary ongoing basis.

The duties of the Business Support Officer are varied, and include (but are not limited to):

- HR support duties including: maintaining HR records, preparing reports, note-taking for disciplinairies/grievances, supporting the recruitment process by shortlisting CVs and arranging assessment days
- Training support duties including: maintaining training records, booking training courses, ensuring relevant roles have personal development plans in place
- Employee welfare duties including: issuing employee uniform, organising monthly events including charity events, arranging employee gifts e.g. long service awards and Christmas gifts
- Payroll support duties including: submitting timesheets to recruitment agencies in the absence of Payroll staff
- Office support duties including: looking after the visitor book, visitor board and issuing visitor passes, preparing door access passes for new starters, looking after the switchboard and directing incoming calls, stationary stock control, control of company notice boards, issuing locker keys/bike shed keys and any other equipment required, and updating business support documentation when required
- Other duties including: supporting Heath & Safety and Environmental action plans, and supporting the completion of any Business Support related surveys issued by Head Office

The working hours are Monday to Friday, either 7.30am-4pm or 8.30am-5pm (with an hour early finish on a Friday).

**Salary**: £14.27 per hour
