Pod Talent are thrilled to be working with an established, international construction materials manufacturer who is looking for a Transports Liaison Coordinator to join their team in Milton Keynes.
You will have to be the middle point of contact between the Customer Service Team and the transport service, taking care of the orders placed by the clients and being sure to assign them to the right team.

**What will you do**:
- Proactively contacting Customer Service departments, service providers and stakeholders to manage the orders;
- Maintaining pre and post-shipment administration keeping track of any issues;
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement from a service, quality and cost perspective.

- Good customer service skills and strong verbal communication skills;
- Ability to problem solve, multitask and prioritise;
- Good analysing skills and ability to spot trends.
