Medicom Healthcare are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join the team

**Responsibilities**:

- Order Management from start to finish, processing orders in SAP Business One, sending order acknowledgments, confirmations, delivery tracking, stock management and invoicing.
- General team administration support and backup. Including minute taking for core Supply Chain Meetings.
- Reporting - Order Tracker, Generics Allocation, and wholesaler data tracker are up to date and sharing including analysis.
- Managing the Supply Chain inbox - Order management, adhoc customer enquiries, new customer set ups, sample processing, and general internal / external enquiries.
- Maintaining relationship with 3PL and responsible for making sure they meet their obligations in accordance with agreements currently in place.
- Back up to Supply Chain Manager/Logistic Manager during holiday cover.
- Continuous development of the Supply Chain controls and procedures.
- Other projects as requested by the Supply Chain Manager.

**Skills required**:

- SAP Business One experience.
- Microsoft Office.
- Sharepoint.
- Strong organisational & prioritisation skills.
- Good under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Solution focussed.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Desirable - Manufacturing, planning & logistics experience.
- Adaptable in your working environment.

**Role details**:

- Hybrid, minimum of 2 days a week in the Windsor office
- Permanent, full-time position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
