**Who are we looking for?**

**Technical Skills**:

- years of overall IT experience with at least years of experience in architecting, implementing, developing monitoring solutions and should have been part of one SRE transformation journey.
- Capable of understanding the complex distributed systems developed in [Java /.NET] and hosted on Cloud and On-Prem infrastructure.
- Solid understanding and experience in implementation of APM conceptual framework.
- Experience defining monitoring standards and developing the standard monitoring framework for an organization.
- Extensive experience in analyzing monitoring requirement, proposing solutions & implementing as per client requirement to provide required telemetry.
- Knowledgeable about useful metrics, and how to work with them to track against goals/KPIs.
- Expertise in Implementing the E2E Monitoring (Hardware, Availability, Logging, distributed tracing, Business Transaction) of the system as well as End User Experience Monitoring.
- Experience in delivering multi-vendor integrated monitoring solutions aligned to the above capabilities defined.
- Expertise in APM Tools like Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace and Appdynamics etc. as a developer/configurator for performance diagnostics, monitoring, Alerting & Dashboarding.
- Experience in building health and performance reports, developing Business rules, creating alerts, and creating custom dashboards
- Experience in implementing Service Level dashboards for clients based on monitoring data.
- Must have experience in scripting using Shell, Advanced Powershell and Python.
- Solid understanding of ITIL, DevOps, SRE, CICD, Cloud Computing(PCF Preferred).

- Well versed with Agile-Scrum
- Broad range of development capabilities and technological breadth
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to provide detailed root cause analysis, resolution options, and long term improvements to avoid issues in the future

**Behavioral/Leadership Skills**:

- Excellent oral and written communications
- Communications: Ability to interact with Tier 3, Executives and Clients (consumers of data on the platform)
- Self-motivated and thorough with multitasking skills
- Strong debugging skills across a variety of integrated platforms

**Qualification**:

- Strong organization and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and years of experience in software development.
- years of work experience with Devops solution design and implementation.
- Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
