We are recruiting for a **Handyperson** for one of the coolest newly opened hotels in Hoxton Long revered as London’s effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton’s hip new resident has hit the scene. The 26-floor art’otel Hoxton promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.

As our **Handyperson** you will receive:

- Salary**:£31,320** per annum

**As a Master of your craft, you will**
- Be available to cover **nights** as we offer **24 hour** maintenance
- Be responsible for carrying out hotel maintenance and PPM tasks.
- Work closely with the Chief Engineer to ensure all department objectives are met within the agreed time frame
- Ensure that all works are carried out safely and to agreed standards.
- Carry out routine spot checks of equipment.
- Ensure that the engineering provision is delivered and meets the departmental objectives.
- Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests received.
- Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude.
