**Job Description**:

- This strategic creative agency are a team of senior brand and packaging design experts who specialise in FMCG brands.
- With offices in Manchester and Liverpool, the team partner with a technical packaging team who are experts in print artwork and production, so enables the end-to-end service from brand conception through to print.
- The team has a combination of seasoned expertise from top agencies and the agility of a smaller, newer team has led to dynamic collaborations and swift progress.
- Due to this success, the agency has a fabulous opportunity for an additional brand and packaging Designer to join them and grow with them at this exciting time.
- What you’ll do; in a nutshell- Generate creative ideas and strategies for brand identities, pack design, websites, social media content and OOH.
- This will include brand evolution, brand repositioning and redesign.
- You’ll bring design visuals to life across many Blue Chip FMCG brands.
- Help create brand impact and brand consistency with your packaging design standing out on-shelf and across wider campaigns.

What we’re looking for:
- Agency trained experience is a must
- Brand and packaging design experience for FMCG brands.
- You’ll have an innovative mind and will be involved in brainstorming and collaborating with the wider team, coming up with forward-thinking solutions.
- Ability and experience to bring a fresh perspective to the table and challenge a brief
- An impressive portfolio demonstrating creative solutions for FMCG brands.

The agency team are a straight-talking bunch, valuing creativity, collaboration, and delivering outstanding results for their clients.**Location**:
- This is a hybrid role and the agency will also consider someone to work 4 days a week.
- You will be expected to work on-site 1 day a week in Liverpool,
- 1 day per fortnight you will join the other office in Greater Manchester, so you do need to be northern based and able to commute.
