Administrative Assistant

ADC Infrastructure, established in 2013, are an award-winning engineering consultancy based in Nottingham City Centre, within a modern office setting.
We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Corporate Services team.
**The main duties are**:
- Day to day office administration tasks using Outlook and Microsoft packages
- Answering incoming calls and meeting and greeting visitors
- Assisting with invoicing and other finance-based tasks
- Scheduling meetings and helping organise events
- Assisting with implementation of new project management software
- Using Xero and Workflow Max software
- Assisting with basic IT tasks/queries and liaising with our external IT support
- Assisting with the general up-keep of office space
- Conducting research
- E-filing, folder management etc
- Run errands
- Experience of working in a similar capacity or transferable skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Keen eye for the detail, excellent problem-solving skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- An ability to work under pressure and to strict time constraints
- Computer literacy - Basic IT skills, particularly the use of MSWord, Excel and Outlook
- Confident to talk to a variety of people face to face and via phone
- Well presented
- Willing to learn and an ability to retain information
- Proactive in their approach to work and thrive on doing a job well
- Able to follow instructions
- Self-motivated
- Enthusiastic
- Respectful of confidentiality
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £13,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
