Temporary, Full-Time hours. Mon - Fri - 09:00-17:00. Must have DBS on the update service.

**Salary**:

**Job Duties**:

- Develop and implement engaging enrichment programmes for students
- Coordinate with teachers and staff to incorporate enrichment activities into the curriculum
- Organise field trips, guest speakers, and other educational events
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enrichment programmes
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance enrichment opportunities

**What you'll need**:

- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (Previously PTLLS) or working towards
- Appropriate safeguarding and mental health first aid training to support young people.
- Ability to effectively communicate and form positive working relationships with young people.
- Ability to work as a member of a team and to establish effective working relationships both internal and external.
- Proven track record of working positively with young people to support their development and progression.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating enrichment activities
