- Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor with strong behaviour management skills looking for placements around the RCT area? Are you looking to join an organisation that’ll aim to get you into a long-term placement in a school near you? SET Recruitment want someone like you You’ll take responsibility for classes in the absence of teachers, help the children develop their skills and education whilst inspiring them to achieve the best they can**Responsibilities**:
- You’ll be supervising classrooms in the absence of regular teachers whilst implementing pre-set lesson plans and maintaining discipline.- You’ll help ensure that the students will complete the assigned tasks and stick to school policies and procedures.- You’ll help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and encouraged in their abilities.- You’ll be able to use your communications skills to engage with students and create a conductive learning environment.- Complying with the school policies and reporting any concerns or incidents, but also helping with administrative tasks; Taking attendance, collecting homework and maintaining records.Qualifications:
- Current DBS (If you don’t have one on the update service, SET Recruitment will provide one FREE OF CHARGE)- Previous experience working with young people, preferably within an educational setting.- Strong organizational skills, effective prioritisation, and an ability to multitask.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- An ability to maintain calm under stress in a classroom.- A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.Working Hours:
