Electronics Engineer

Monday to Friday. Early Finish Friday. Flexible Start/Finish times. 37.5 Hours Per Week

Electronics Technician required for a fantastic manufacturer who supply their products on a global platform. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will work at both customer location and on site conducting warranty repairs and root cause analysis (RCA). You will collaborate with quality, design and process departments to suggest improvements to components, assembliesand manufacturing processes to reduce non conformances and re-occuring faults thus increasing customer satisfaction.

Electronics Technician Role:
*Split between working on customer locations and on site in Cheltenham

*Conducting Warranty Repairs

*Fault finding on PCBs to component level and root cause analysis of non conformances

*Working closely with quality, design and process departments to suggest improvements to components, assemblies and manufacturing processes

*Monday to Friday. Early Finish Friday. Flexible Start/Finish times. 37.5 Hours Per Week

The Person:
*Must have a solid electronics background

*Must be able to fault find on PCBs to component level as a basic requirement

*Must have good understanding of manufacturing and material production techniques

*Will ideally have a minimum of HND/HNC in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
