We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People and Culture Advisor to join our team.

Maybe you are currently a People (HR) Assistant / Coordinator or an experienced People Advisor looking for a new challenge.

Reporting into our People and Culture Manager you will be responsible for:

- Work with our People and Culture team and managers to coach and support departments in all people matters
- Provide first line advice for all managers
- Drive colleague communication and wellbeing initiatives
- Lead on engagement activities including colleague forums, focus groups, teambuilds
- Manage recruitment roles and new starter experience
- Own some people and culture projects
- Provide support to the People and Culture Manager
- Proactively manage employee relations
- Support with day-to-day administration and payroll preparation

Skills and competencies
- Experience in employee relations
- CIPD (Desirable not essential)
- Team player
- Is curious and eager to learn and develop
- Confidential and professional
- Confident and excellent communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative and problem solve
- Proactive and radiates energy

Flexibility in approach and ability to work across multi-site travelling between our Newmarket and Finedon office.
