**Essential Criteria**:

- Skilled in overseeing and coordinating a team of up to 20 staff members.
- Proficient in cash handling, scheduling, payroll management, and stock control processes.
- Flexible to work shifts extending until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role is desirable.
