- A well-respected national chain of estate agents is seeking an experienced fully CeMAP mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join an established office in the Witham area, providing regulated mortgage and protection advice.

**Main Duties**:

- A rare and excellent opportunity has arisen due to the increase in property sales in the Witham office for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join one of the best known estate agency brands in thecountry/
- You will have access to the whole of the market in terms of mortgages and tied to one of the best known life assurance firms in the UK. Our client offers a good basic plus an excellent commission structure, where you earn nearly 50% of business banked onceyou have achieved £100k of business, including proc and broker fee, life bankings, critical illness and other business.
- Covering the busy branch in Witham, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you will alongside a financial services focused team of negotiators and provide regulated advice on both mortgages and the associated protection products.
- As well as receiving fresh leads from the team on a daily basis, you will also have access to the company's database of existing clients, where as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser based in Witham you will be able to offer a remortgageservice.
- Our client offers the experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser based in the Witham area a basic salary to £28,000, plus car or car allowance, financial guarantees to £40k for 6 months, pension, DIS and an excellent commission structure with no threshold.

**Key Skills**:

- As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Witham branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
- Applications will be considered from mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers based within an easy commute of Witham from a tied, independent or banking mortgage environment providing that they can show a good track record in mortgage sales, if the CeMAP,CF6 or MAQ qualification has been attained.
