**Join a market leading education and apprenticeship sector After being launched over 5 years ago, they are looking to expand their marketing team and reach with the acquisition of a new Paid Manager**

They are currently at an exciting time in their growth strategy and are now looking to bring in a brand new Paid Manager. The title on the job spec says Paid Acquisition Manager, however they are looking for an all rounder who will focus on PPC, paid media,and lead gen.

They are looking for someone who is keen to take a challenge and grow the team. As the marketing team has recently gone through a restructuring and hired a new CMO, you will be joining at a pivotal time for growth both internally with the marketing teamand with the acquisition of new businesses. This is a great opportunity

This role would be based in their headquarters just outside of Alderley Edge, with work from home options one day a week.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- You will undertake end to end PPC campaign set up and delivery
- Report and analyse on previous campaign performance and with a strategic approach
- Generate new leads through paid advertisement campaigns and assist on the creation of the lead gen strategy
- Create analytical reports based on the website and customer journeys
- You will be in charge of managing the annual paid budget

**Requirements**:

- At least five years experience in PPC and paid - focusing on google and Meta
- Someone who is lea gen focused and has a keen eye on strategy
- A degree in Marketing or a related field
- Be proficient in building campaigns via Google, Meta and Bing
- Experience in all marketing channels
- Be able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders
- You thrive in a fast paced and commercially focussed environment
