**Lead Services Executive**

Our client is a major IFA company, with offices nationwide. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Lead Services Executive, to be based at their Salford office.

**Job Purpose**:
The role holder’s primary aim is to administer the lead management process for the company, resulting in the successful delivery of the overall lead management strategy. Ensuring that all B2C and B2B leads are carefully nurtured to generate and maximiseopportunities to increase revenue across all current and future lead channels while ensuring excellent client experience.

**Key Tasks**:

- Adhere to the end-to-end lead management process in order to maximise lead conversion and generate opportunities for additional revenue across all channels.
- Improve the service experience for key stakeholders by ensuring that all enquiries and leads are followed up and progressed in a timely manner throughout the process.
- Create, process, and maintain documentation/workflows.
- Help develop plans and offer insight and knowledge to the business on the use of new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency, while consistently achieving targets.
- Maintain ongoing contact with key stakeholders to ensure that agreed performance levels are met within both required timescales.
- Ensure that all leads are followed to a final outcome, appointments are booked and the reallocation of leads is undertaken where appropriate.
- Help provide and collate management information to ensure that there is a full understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of a lead.
- Ensure that all lead status and client records are updated appropriately and that the accuracy of the data is not compromised within Intelligent Office (IO).
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all team members and key stakeholders in order to ensure effective communication across the business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders in order to specifically assist with any day-to-day queries related to the allocation of leads.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- A good level of experience within a similar role within the financial services industry, ideally within an IFA
- Experience in working within defined service standards, policies, and procedures
- A proven track record in delivering excellent client satisfaction
- Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent accuracy skills and attention to detail
- Excellent administrative, planning, and organisational skills - with the ability to follow through and manage a larger workload
- A team player with an adaptable and flexible approach to work to suit business needs and changing priorities.

There is a salary on offer between £20000 and £22000, plus a range of other benefits.
