**We’re growing rapidly and looking for a talented Performance Marketing Associate**

Taster is seeking an autonomous Performance Marketing Associate to join the London office, who will deliver insights into platform and paid social marketing, optimise marketing campaigns and deliver a strong performance marketing strategy for Taster. Sitting in the Growth Marketing team, and reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, the Performance Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing quarterly promotional campaigns, test and run paid social campaigns and deliver data insights on performance to the wider team. We are looking for a team member with a strong growth mindset who ideally has an account management or digital marketing background.

**What responsibilities we’re looking for in this role**

In Platform Marketing
- Own our relationship with the Delivery Platforms (UE, DE & JE) and negotiate key marketing activities to support growth of our kitchen partners
- Uncover and leverage new advertising opportunities to capture new customer growth on the platforms

Paid Social Marketing
- Support on running paid social campaigns in the UK to help drive traffic to the platforms. Work on optimising and A/B testing to ensure that we are getting the best possible results
- Work with the creative team for performance marketing campaigns

Data Analytics
- Maintain and develop performance dashboards to give a view on performance marketing campaigns and performance as a whole
- Be aware of promotional performance and create the promotion plan based on best performing campaigns
- Keep the team updated on weekly performance and competitor analysis in your territories

**What qualifications we are looking for in this role**
- 1+ years experience in digital marketing or account management with a growth and analytical mindset
- Used to dealing with multiple stakeholders on a project
- Comfortable with KPI’s and analysing data
- Strong communication skills
- Confident in building professional relationships
- Comfortable using google sheets and excel on a daily basis
- A ‘can do’ attitude - you are are willing to learn new skills and adapt when needed
