**About the Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Sales & Rentals Advisor to assist us in the day to day management of tasks, reporting directly to the Branch Manager.

You will be in charge of supporting the wider Customer Sales, Rentals and Operations Team, and assisting them and the customer in finding the right solutions.

**What You’ll Bring**

Proven experience as sales advisor or other customer service/sales role, ideally within automobile/car hire industry
- Excellent data entry/integrity and strong administrative capabilities
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems, databases, telematics and

CRM systems
- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
- Patient and comfortable dealing with complex issues and complaints
- Professionalism and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Eager to learn, grow and develop in a scale up and growth environment

We are looking for somebody with great problem solving and customer service skills, who can think proactively and find solutions quickly and effectively.

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£28,000.00 per year

Working Locations : Hammersmith, Hendon
