**At a glance**

We are looking for a Product Associate to join our Belfast Product department. Reporting to the Global Head of Product, the Product Associate is a product champion, writes product stories in our Agile setup alongside being a product expert.

**Location**: Belfast

**Salary**: Negotiable, depends on experience

**Work Pattern**: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, Hybrid working.

**Key responsibilities**
- Be a champion of the product and ensure the education of best practice usage internally and externally.
- Work with key internal stakeholders to translate requirements for new product features into the Agile backlog.
- Work with the Head of Product to ensure that stories for development work are scheduled, produced, and delivered in advance of development commencing.
- Support technical staff to ensure that the produced features match the business vision.
- Work with 1st Line Support on support documentation, providing product knowledge and insight.
- Work collaboratively with all departments.
- Represent the department at external events.
- Building and maintaining an internal product knowledgebase.
- Driving our products forward in-line with the company strategy.

**About You**

**Knowledge and Abilities**
- Proven ability to capture requirements from stakeholders at various levels and communicate these to others.
- Experience in a customer facing role, such as customer service, customer success, sales, or technical support, with proven experience of taking tailored approaches with customers.
- Experience in dealing with multiple tasks and effectively organising workload.
- Experience in making informed choices.
- Experience in taking ownership of work and embracing challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, combined with a positive approach.
