**IT Engineer-Hardware | Devizes, Wiltshire. SN10 5PN | Full-time | £23,200 - £28,000**

The Hardware Engineer is a physically demanding role, requiring collaboration with colleagues to plan and complete projects of various complexity to a very high standard, across our customer portfolio. You will be visiting customers on both a scheduled andad-hoc basis, with typical activities involving structured cabling, AV solutions, network infrastructure, CCTV and door entry systems.

**Are you the right person for us?**
- Enhanced DBS check (conducted by the company and must remain clean)
- CSCS, CITB Health, Safety and Environment test qualifications would be advantageous
- Health & Safety, risk assessment and/or site surveying experience could be advantageous.
- Similar role or trade/handyperson experience could be advantageous.
- Polite, confident and effective communicator
- Sincere passion for exceptional customer service
- Excellent time management and priority determination skills
- Maintaining a high standard of work and professionalism
- Team player - Going The Extra Mile (GTEM), providing feedback and supporting colleagues

**What will your role look like?**
- Regular visits to local customer sites and occasionally other locations
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan, deliver and complete multiple hardware projects
- Prepare, maintain and submit accurate work logs and records for costings etc.
- Cleaning/maintaining tools and role related workspaces, including warehouse and vehicles
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with customers and colleagues
- Assisting other teams with their tasks if called upon
