dnata Travel Group, part of the Emirates Group, includes the brands of Gold Medal, Netflights, Travelbag, Travel Republic, and Sunmaster. These brands are based at offices across the UK including Preston (Leyland), Kingston-upon-Thames, Chester and Halifax.

We are now recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide a confidential, efficient and effective Executive Assistant service to our CEO and Directors. This will include day-to-day administration activity, diary management and travel organisation as well as project support when required.

This role is 32 hours per week, with hours to be discussed during the interview process

**Job Accountabilities**
- Organise and maintain diaries
- Plan and arrange travel and accommodation
- Organise Board & Team Meetings and events - including preparing and circulating relevant documentation, updating actions, minute taking, booking venues and arranging catering.
- Oversee relevant team travel and expenses - complete monthly credit card and cash reconciliations for the senior team
- Work closely with other Executive Assistants in the business (UK and Dubai)
- Liaise with external suppliers and other internal contacts on behalf of the senior team
- Administration and support for the senior and wider team
- Collate reports and prepare documents, briefing papers and presentations
- Obtain and provide key information as necessary maintaining confidentiality at all times.

**To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications**:

- GCSE /’O’ level standard in English and Mathematics - grade C/4 or above.
- Previous experience in a secretarial role.
- Confident, highly organised, uncompromising standards and good attention to detail.
- Security and privacy of information respected and maintained at all times.
- The ability to work calmly under pressure, within a high-profile environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship
- building and influencing skills, particularly at a senior level.
- The ability to prioritise work and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong team player.
- The ability to work using your own initiative.
- Excellent command of written English.
