Monday to Friday 8.00 am 5.00 pm with a 30 min lunch break
Here at Vospers we are looking for an experienced Motor Parts Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated Parts team at Marsh Mills, Plymouth.

**The Role**
The main purpose of a Vospers Parts Administrator is to manage all paperwork for goods that are purchased & returned via the parts department, and ensure accurate reconciliation of daily takings whilst submitting manufacturer orders.
You will also be responsible for processing claims & credits, including arranging collections, whilst also investigating discrepancies and invoice authorisations
Working with the parts team to assess stock availability, deliveries and collections
Provide back-up support to the Parts team for periods of holiday and sickness if required.
When within the Warehouse environment, to be aware of and abide by all Health & Safety legislation to ensure safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

**The Person**
You should have strong administration skills with the ability to manage and prioritise your work in a busy office environment. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential for this role, together with a good eye for detail.
IT skills are essential for this role, and you should be comfortable using databases technology as well as MS office software.
You will need to have a can do attitude, with the ability to problem solve by investigating discrepancies in a timely manner to ensure full paperwork trails are maintained.
Motor Parts Administration experience advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
