Café Supervisor

Immersive Cafe is looking for enthusiastic people to join their busy team located in Primark Braehead.

Ensuring our Team are continually supported, and development is paramount. This role is very “hands on” with plenty floor coverage and customer contact.

This site operates daytime hours, however some occasional evenings during peak times.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming and assisting customers with their orders.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Assist in catering events, ensuring that all food and beverage needs are met efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage spaces.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including food preparation tools and bartending equipment when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Have fantastic communication skills on all levels.
- Excellent customer service.
- Support the management team in effectively running the daily operation.
- Ensure team have clear objectives.
- Ensuring all daily tasks are completed.
- Responsibility for completing daily onsite due diligence.
- Upholding standards and cleanliness throughout the site.
- Support management with training of the team to the legal requirements of Health and Safety.
- Show a positive attitude.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- A team player who can work collaboratively in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: £13.75 per hour
