**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop logistics plans to support construction schedules, including delivery schedules, storage areas, and material handling routes.
- Coordinate deliveries and manage site access to ensure timely and efficient movement of materials and equipment.
- Build and develop the construction logistics strategy
- Communicate and coordinate with clients and site staff to resolve any issues related to logistics operations.
- Ensure logistics operations comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate site logistics activities in line with site-specific risk assessments and method statements.
- Promote best practices in sustainability (e.g., waste management)
- Act as the central point of contact for logistics-related issues.
- Resolve logístical conflicts or delays on-site quickly.
- Communicate logistics protocols to all contractors and subcontractors.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction logistics, site coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction site operations and sequencing.
- Strong ability to create construction logistics strategies.
- Knowledge of logistics software and tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with traffic management and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
