We are looking for dedicated cleaners to join our team on a permanent part-time and full-time basis

THE ROLE

We have had a positive response from our current internal cleaners to up-skill their current knowledge to include more industrial cleaning (and earn higher pay rates).

This means we are currently on the hunt to find some positive and proactive cleaning operatives with a similar skill set to complement our team.

We would love to find someone who is passionate about cleaning and has done or is willing to do:

- Build Cleans
- Sparkles
- Show homes
- Compounds

This involves the use of some machinery including reach and wash window cleaning kits.

Other cleaning duties will be required around the relevant workload.

All training will be provided so you can do your job to the company cleaning standards.

THE CANDIDATE

Applicants must have excellent teamwork and customer service experience.

We are looking for someone who is not scared of learning more and engaging with the importance of their job and the tasks required by them.

We look for a can-do attitude and positivity over anything.

It is also important that you are a confident driver.

The desire and ability to travel as part of your job is crucial (this is paid time).

You will be using company vehicles as part of your role.

It is essential that you can work between the hours of 7am and 5pm on a flexible basis.

THE PAY & BENEFITS

You are paid for every minute you’re at work.

We pay above the National Living Wage so we know you can look after yourself in your personal life (why else would we go to work right?).

Your pay rate will fluctuate between £10 -£20 an hour plus bonuses and other internal company incentives.

We predominantly work Monday to Friday, but the occasional weekend may be needed (notice would be given).

We pay for the full day including travel and breaks.

In time you will be able to up-skill and achieve higher rates of pay and be involved in:

- Jet washing
- Biohazard
- Window cleaning (high level and traditional)
- Carpet cleaning
- Oven cleaning (commercial and domestic).
