We’re a high-growth sales and marketing company entering an exciting new chapter — launching our Liverpool office as the next step in our expansion journey. We're now looking for ambitious, career-driven individuals to join us on the ground floor as we prepare to go live **within the next three weeks**.

As a **Management Trainee**, you’ll be at the heart of our Liverpool launch, immersed in all key aspects of the business - including sales, marketing, recruitment, operations, client management, and business development. This is a fast-track programme designed to develop future leaders who can grow with the company and play a critical role in shaping our newest team.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Delivering dynamic sales and marketing campaigns for **top national and international clients**:

- **Building strong customer relationships**and delivering standout brand representation
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- **Assisting in campaign planning** and performance reporting
- Contributing to the **day-to-day operations**of a brand-new office
- **Learning how to lead a team i**n a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- **Participating in structured training programmes**, leadership development sessions, and occasional industry events (with performance-based opportunities for international travel)

Pay: From £25,600.00 per year
