Site Caretaker

Lewis Cleansing is recruiting a part-time Site Caretaker at a school positioned in Fladbury, Evesham.

Hours: 10 hours per week, 39 weeks a year, Monday to Friday (07:00AM - 09:00AM).

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour (paid pro-rata)

Your duty as a Site Caretaker is to ensure the general security, safety and repair of the school premises and grounds, in accordance with the schools expectations, and relevant health and safety policies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- To lock/unlock school premises at agreed times
- To be responsible for premises security and its contents in the absence of any other designated responsible person.
- To carry out basic maintenance tasks around the school premises, such as general handy work, replacing door handles, unclogging drains etc

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to pass a DBS criminal record check
- Must pass a reference check
- Must hold a valid Driving Licence

**Job Type**: Part-time
