You will be required to deliver flat packed (Home Furnishing) items to customer’s homes and businesses. There is an element of heavy lifting, handling, and carrying of products so you will have to be fit and well to perform this role.

The role requires working on a rota basis and will require some flexibility. We only ask the members of our delivery teams to work 4 days out of 7 which includes weekends and bank holidays. The start time is usually 6am and you are required to work until the work is complete.

**Personal specification (essential)**
- Good Customer Service skills.
- Confidence with dealing with customer queries.
- Ability to work part of a team and on own initiative.
- Good time management.
- Due to physicality of the role you will need to have a good level of fitness.

**General Duties**
- Room of choice delivery
- Loading and unloading of goods
- Assist driver with navigation and act as banksman were needed
