We are delighted to say, we are now in an exciting period of rapid growth and need to expand our committed and passionate team with two Accelerator Program Coordinators with scope for career development and progression.

**Job Description: Accelerator Program Coordinator**

The Accelerator Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of our company’s Accelerator program.

This position is responsible for managing various administrative tasks and online/in-person events, including facilitating and scheduling events, maintaining records, and coordinating communication among stakeholders.

**Location**: Greater Glasgow Area / Central belt area; with travel to events around Scotland

**Work Arrangement**: Hybrid ( Work from home with days onsite in locations such as Glasgow, Edinburgh, Kilmarnock or Stirling meeting up with the team, attending client sites and helping run Accelerator events)

**Flexible Hours**: Options to work 8am to 2pm or 12 noon till 6pm

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Event Management**:

- Schedule events in Calendar and invite cohorts and key attendees.
- Coordinate with the Accelerator Lead to customise Accelerator program materials as required.
- Create and file content.
- Liaise with our Carbon Accounting Experts to confirm team availability and update Calendly accordingly.
- Attend and facilitate client onsite events, including preparation, administration, and creating reports/minutes regarding these events.

2**. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Update the CRM with customer details, contact notes, and carbon reduction plans.
- Monitor and engage with customers to track receipt of agreements, invoices, issues and onboarding bookings, following up as necessary.

3. **Communication and Coordination**:

- Inform Accelerator cohorts regarding upcoming events and follow-ups.
- Communicate schedule changes and distribute session materials to the Accelerator Lead.
- Liaise with the Accelerator Lead to coordinate program activities.

4. **Meeting Support**:

- Convene meetings to raise and progress issues.
- Support group virtual or live calls by recording attendees, conversations, and key points.
- Curating content from recording of calls on video, editing recordings, and distribute recordings and content clips on social media (chat, attendance, video recording, and notes).
- Update cohort private webspace with event summaries as directed by the Accelerator Lead.

5. **Administrative Tasks**:

- Update our project management systems with attendance at meetings, issues, and tracking
- Set up customer accounts on CBN Expert our carbon accounting software partner
- Create invoices on our finance system, Xero
- Monitor certificate issuing, request certificates, update progress trackers, and ensure certificates and associated carbon reduction plans are stored.

6. **Collaboration and Support**:

- Act as key support and first point of contact for Senior Leadership Team as required - particularly when they are attending client sites.

Work closely with the Accelerator Lead and other team members to ensure seamless program execution.
- Provide administrative support as needed to facilitate the successful delivery of the Accelerator program.
- Perform any other reasonable duties required

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Access to vehicle and full clean driving licence

Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in administrative software packages, project management systems such as Basecamp, and other relevant software
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Business awareness and working in fast paced environments
- Ability to work independently, assertively and as part of a team
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and google workspace and experience with CRM systems such as Hub
