**What you’ll be doing**

Crowne Plaza Liverpool City requires a Nights Team Member to join our team immediately. We’re looking for an ambitious, hardworking professional who loves to deliver room service, or set up conference rooms between responding to guests’ needs. The ideal applicant should be capable of working productively within a team and at times on their own when dealing with basic functions, such as checking guests in and out, setting up for conferences and events, communicating with reception, food and beverage, housekeeping and taking initiative for necessary tasks. A flexible schedule and willingness to work occasional overtime when necessary are essential

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Check in guests
- Check out guests
- Assist with guest requests
- Support the security of the hotel
- Undertake Security Floor Walks
- Support with Bar Service for residents
- Prepare and Deliver Room Service Food & Beverage
- Capable to follow instructions to break down and set up conference rooms and events space.
- Prepare the hotel lobby for the morning
- Support the reception team in the morning.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.10 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
