Filing/admin Clerk

Admin/Filing Clerk position available.
- Conscientious.
- Accurate.
- A team player.
They must also have:
- Competent I.T. knowledge.
- Good English and Math skills.
- 5 GCSE’s A*-C (or 4-9 in the new grading system).
- Admin experience required - 1 year.
All aspects of admin duties are involved including but not limited to:
- Answering the telephone.
- Franking post.
- Photocopying and binding when required.
- Inputting weekly timesheets via our system.
- Helping other members of staff with tasks when required.
Temporary position for 7 months to cover maternity of an existing member of staff.
Full time - 37 ½ hours a week (part time will not be considered).
Start date: 1 September 2025.
Salary in accordance with National Minimum Wage.
