Dove and Hawk have partnered with this forward-thinking independent Estate Agent, who is looking for an experienced Property Manager to head up their Property Management team.

**Duties**:

- Manage a portfolio of 150 properties
- Manage a team of 2
- Supervise the day-to-day management of the residential portfolio.
- Set the standard for the level of customer service we strive for, and lead by example.
- Motivate, organise, and train team members to ensure they have the capacity to deliver excellent service.
- Deliver year-on-year revenue growth to the Lettings Department.
- Establish an effective response structure for new maintenance issues and queries (traffic light/triage/expected response times).
- Attend in person and remote meetings with landlords, establishing trust and confidence.
- Organise and monitor the performance of contractors, and where necessary recruit new/better contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all UK and local authority regulations (EPC, EICR, gas safety, HMO, etc.).
- Organise and delegate renewals, Section 21, check-in/check-out, inventories, deposit registration/return, change of sharer, etc.
- Oversee required pre-tenancy works in conjunction with negotiators.
- Work daily with Head of Lettings to deliver a coherent and consistent level of customer service focused on business retention and growth.

**Days & Hours**: Monday - Friday - 9-6
**Salary**: £40,000 + Commission - per annum
