**We are looking for a Full-time Patient Care Asistant to come join the team at Alnorthumbria Vets, Alnwick.**

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate patient care assistant to join the team. You would work alongside a team of vets and nurses and would be dedicated in ensuring that we continue to deliver excellent customer service and client care. Experience within a similar role preferred and this opportunity allows for a great work/life balance in a very rewarding field.

This is a full time 40 hours per week
- full hours can be discussed at interview.

This position is in line with National Minimum Wage + 3% cost of living increase and includes benefits.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Nursing care to patients.
- Preparation of emergency and operating facilities.
- General cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Running internal lab samples.
- Answering phone calls and dealing with incoming enquires along with troubleshooting emergencies.
- Serving clients and taking payments.
- Providing a friendly, efficient and effective service to clients.
