BUSINESS & LEGAL AFFAIRS LAWYER MEDIA, PRODUCTION & DISTRIBUTION PERMANENT NQ-3 YEARS' PQE LONDON A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Media Lawyer to support the Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs at an exciting media business. Thisvaried role is for a junior lawyer to work alongside a collegiate and close-knit team of agents on a range of television, film and theatre matters. Our client represents all manner of writers and directors working in drama across film, television and theatre;from those at the peak of their careers to those at the very beginning. As part of the Legal & Business Affairs team, you will gain exposure to drafting and negotiating screenwriting and acquisition contracts, directing agreements, television production agreements,format agreements, distribution agreements, licensing and film financing agreements. You will be a media lawyer with NQ-3 years PQE ideally with:
- Experience of working in or for the film and/or TV industry, gained from private practice or in-house
- Excellentlegal research and drafting skills This is an outstanding opportunity for an outgoing, enthusiastic and committed lawyer who will enjoy working at the heart of this exciting and eclectic media business.
