This practice is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to appoint as a successor and take over the work of a Senior Partner who is stepping down in the next few years. They have a constant stream of work, a warm, well-trained team of solicitors and secretaries,and a brilliant brand in the local market.
You will be gradually passed work by the partner and slowly introduced to various parts of the firm more broadly. This departure will not be rushed and has been carefully considered and planned for many years.
The team are high achievers, but not overworked. With the well-known name above the door, they have a good service level and charge good fees.

Your workload will include:

- Wills
- Probate
- Tax and trust (not a required skill)
- Management of less-experienced fee-earners

To be considered for this position, you must:

- Have 7+ years’ PQE
- Be qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in the UK
- Have handled private client matters from inception to completion
