Finance Co-ordinator

Eximius Group are working with a Reading based business that are adding a permanent head to their finance team. They are looking for an experienced contracts and billing co-ordinator to work with clients in the telecoms sector. You will be working in theoffice Tues-Thurs with flexible working hours available.

This role reports to the head of finanace and then the CFO. You will be client facing working with established brands within the telecommunications sector in the UK providing an exceptional customer service. Your duties will include;
- creation of monthly/quarterly/annual renewals billings
- creation of POs for renewals
- posting daily billable and non-billable labour
- administering contracts
- onboarding new customers
- issuing and filing of commercial framework agreements

It is essential that you are an experienced finance professional with contracts experience and skills in Sage or Autotask, strong MS Excel skills would also be very beneficial. If you have previously worked with companies in the telcoms sector that wouldbe beneficial but is not necessary for an experienced professional who wants to learn.
