The position requires a generalist approach and someone able to work autonomously as well as supporting the Managers.

Main responsibility:

- Assist in all administration
- Produce packing list and invoice documents for outgoing goods to customers
- Sourcing and order material and supplies as well as negotiate for purchase quality with reasonable prices
- Maintain tracking of holiday, sick, and personal time
- Booking transport/collections and monitoring transport issues (Tracking purchase deliveries and receipts)
- Handling all incoming calls and enquiries
- Supporting the Directors with general tasks
- Support for office facilities: ordering stationery, toiletries, consumables
- Maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies to support the hire of temporary staff when required at a competitive rate
- Liaising with parent company in Thailand
- Assisting in financial transactions
- Maintain all confidential records
- Record all new starters and leavers, calculating for management approval any final payments due
- Ensure return of all company equipment for leavers and all termination procedures are completed appropriately

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- administrative experience
- good verbal and written communication skills
- aptitude for working with computers
- good organization skills
- attention to detail and accuracy
- Full clean driving license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£21,000.00 per year

- Burgess Hill RH15 9TN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
