**Hours**: 12 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering **exceptional customer**care? The Wedding Room is seeking an **Admin Coordinator** to support our team and ensure a seamless experience for our couples.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Track and manage new enquiries, bookings, and client communications.
- Liaise with couples to answer questions and provide support during their planning journey.
- Assist with general admin duties and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience in an administrative or customer care role that involves handling enquiries and managing communications.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Someone who thrives in a structured environment but also brings creativity and new ideas to elevate our service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an organised setting but is also eager to contribute their skills and initiative to enhance how we deliver a high-quality experience for our couples.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
