Do you want to work in a friendly and flexible family business? Our client has been in operation for 17 years and is looking for a new CNC Setter Operator.

They take an approachable and flexible approach, they understand you have a life outside of work, but want people that will work hard and put quality for their clients first.

The main purpose of the CNC Setter Operator role is to operate CNC mills and lathes to produce components to customer drawings and to the quality specifications for the business. You can expect too:
*Set and Load CNC machines
*Conduct machine pre-start up checks and record
*Conduct daily and weekly machine maintenance checks and record
*Load raw material, run the machine, debur and self inspect

*Basic engineering experience with ability to perform offset changes
*Basic understanding engineering drawings
*Experience with Siemens controls and with HAAS machines preferable
*Own transport is essential as rural location no public transport available

Full training is available in house and there will be opportunities to get on and grow with the business.
