- The Role
- As a Senior UX Designer within MAG Tech, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping user-centric digital experiences across our platforms. You’ll lead design strategy and execution for high-impact projects, ensuring our digital products are not only functional but intuitive, accessible, and engaging.
You’ll conduct user research, lead discovery workshops, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Your work will directly influence the direction of our digital products, and you’ll champion user-centred design across multidisciplinary teams. You’ll also mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design culture, standards, and processes.
- What will make you successful in the role?
- You’re an experienced UX designer with a proven ability to craft compelling digital experiences, from early discovery to final delivery. You’re a strong advocate for the user, and you can clearly articulate design decisions backed by data and research.
You’ll need:

- Demonstrable experience as a Senior UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in user research, usability testing, and iterative design.
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills — you enjoy helping others grow.
- Experience in liaising with senior internal stakeholders
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a clear communication style.
- A passion for staying current with UX trends and best practices.
