**SEN Teaching Assistant Needed**

We work with a school that is based outside of the Cheltenham city centre, who are currently looking for a TA to join their team. The school have experienced higher numbers of students with SEN coming into school in the early years classes and so need enthusiastic and reliable TAs to come and support these students with their learning. The school has a lovely learning environment and welcoming staff base.

The school is in need of a full time Teaching Assistant to join them as soon as possible. This is for an SEN TA role, working with multiple children with SEND. The role will be Monday to Friday 8:30-3:30. The students you would be working with will be based in year 1 and Reception. You need to have experience of working with SEN, and be able to display accurate knowledge on what methods of support to use for this. You must be caring, nurturing and patient.

What will you do on a daily basis?
- Work as part of a team and show excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility.
- Support children with a range of needs
- Work as part of a team alongside the SENDCo/Class Teacher to deliver learning opportunities that meet the needs of the children.
- Build positive relationships with and be a role model for children.
