Exciting Salesforce Administrator Role with a Global Travel Agency.

You will be amongst a collaborative and communicative work environment, with a family run business feel. There is the option to work fully remote however, hybrid working is an option.

The Salesforce Administrator will be required to provide the day-to-day running of the Salesforce platform and configuration of Service Cloud. They will be reporting to and working closely with the Salesforce Developer. The Salesforce Administrator willalso need to perform certain Business Analyst responsibilities, such as understanding the business needs and communicating with the key stakeholders.

This truly is an exciting opportunity to make an impact onthis product, this is not your standard Salesforce Administrator role

Essential experience:

- 2 years Salesforce Administrator experience
- Service Cloud configuration experience
- Experience with communicating with key stakeholders
