Job Introduction
The person we support is a huge Liverpool fan and enjoy watching Liverpool matches and talking about the game’s past and present. Having support staff that have an interest in football would be a huge plus as it is a big part of his life.
He love animals; He really enjoy's watching and talking about animals. He also has a pet cat which is a big part of his life, so having staff who are comfortable with animals and possibly share a love of animals would be great.
Sometimes he can lack in motivation to participate in several activities so we are looking for staff who can be confident around the gentleman and get him as motivated as possible to complete daily activities.
The gentleman also likes to get out and about where possible as he is a very well liked member of the community.
Main Responsibilities
You will have an interest, motivation, and enthusiasm to develop experience and skills to work with people with complex needs. Ideally you will have at least Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards the qualification within Gray Healthcare.

Job Introduction
Gray Healthcare are looking for support workers to support a gentleman who is in his 60’s and is living in Whitehaven, Cumbria. The gentleman has an acquired brain injury and a diagnosis of Korsakoff’s syndrome. We are looking for resillent, patient and bubbly support workers to support this gentleman to live independently and fulfill life. Employing a staff member who has experience in the above diagnosis would be beneficial however this is not essential.
