**About the Role**

The **Field Care Supervisor** works under the direction of the care coordinator and branch manager to implement systems to ensure that a domiciliary care service is delivered and meets and exceeds legislative standards.

You will lead the team to support our clients by carrying out care plan reviews and dealing stakeholders such as GPs, social services and next of kin. You will deal with concerns and complaints as well as contacting your clients weekly.

**About You**

As a **Field Care Supervisor**, you will need to have;
- Previous experience of Social Care, Supervisor or Assessor.
- Sound knowledge of the social care sector and regulatory framework and a Health & Social Care professional qualification would be an advantage.
- Full, valid UK / EU driving licence; Your own vehicle for work purposes and able to travel around the region;
- Highly organised and great communication skills - written and verbal;
