**Job Description**:
Based at our headquarters in St Neots you will be a pivotal point of support for customers approaching the department for repair and warranty requests. As such, you will have excellent customer relations skills and be driven to resolve all issues in as swift and satisfactory a manner as possible. You will be driven to provide excellent customer service and have a keen eye for detail.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualification in business administration and/or relevant previous experience
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Fully conversant in Microsoft Office
- Previous use of SAP an advantage
