**Location**:Nottingham
**Salary**: £43,254 to £47,496 per annum (pro rata if part time)
**Job Type**:Full Time, Permanent
**Main Purpose of Role**
To develop and lead an innovative and creative Facilities Management team to ensure sites are fit for purpose, well maintained, safe and secure and meet relevant health & safety standards. Ensure sites are cost effective and efficient to meet the changingdemands of policing.
**Key Skills & Experience Required**
Applicants must have significant experience and management responsibility in a Facilities Management role within a large, multi-site organisation, together with a good technical knowledge of buildings and building services.
Applicants should have practical experience and proven ability in the management of staff and performance and significant experience in the management of various contracts.
The post holder will need to have excellent management, organisational and customer focused skills and be used to meeting strict KPI and SLA targets.
In addition, have the ability to problem solve, manage conflicting priorities, and make decisions, often within tight timescales.
Applicants should have a good working knowledge and excellent understanding of health and safety with experience in the management of health and safety in a professional capacity.
